I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help with any request, although check-out could get a bit chaotic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a vibrant pedestrian area filled with shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a good variety with some healthy options. Overall, a great value for the price with excellent service and amenities.

The hotel is in a great spot, very close to Terme Bagni Vecchi and offers a good breakfast. However, some noise from rooms and the en suite not functioning properly can be bothersome. Kids need adult supervision to use the lift, which limits their independence.
