I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, super clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help with any request, although check-out could get a bit chaotic. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a vibrant pedestrian area filled with shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a good variety with some healthy options. Overall, a great value for the price with excellent service and amenities.
The hotel is in a great spot, very close to Terme Bagni Vecchi and offers a good breakfast. However, some noise from rooms and the en suite not functioning properly can be bothersome. Kids need adult supervision to use the lift, which limits their independence.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay with nicely appointed rooms featuring cozy furniture and small balconies. The service is top-notch, making sure we had a great vacation experience. The location is ideal for exploring Bormio and nearby attractions. The dining options are varied and satisfying, and the facilities are well-kept.
